Maneesha has been investing in healthcare for over 25 years both as a venture capitalist and as an investor at hedge funds. Her personal medical experience inspired her to launch FemHealth Ventures.
Previously, Maneesha held healthcare-focused investment roles at JPMorgan partners, Kingdon Capital, and Highline Capital. She has invested $1B+ in a multitude of public and private healthcare companies within therapeutics, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health.
Maneesha serves as a Board Member for the M&T Executive Board at the University of Pennsylvania, and as a Senior Advisor for ExSight Ventures. Maneesha graduated summa cum laude from the dual-degree Management & Technology Program (“M&T”) at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a B.S.E. from The Wharton School, a B.A.S. from Penn Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
In her spare time, Maneesha enjoys skiing with her family and spinning.
